Colin has been helping clients to navigate distribution logistics for most of his career and he founded PLI to make sure that his high standards and service levels were met. Colin’s proudest claim is that PLI has never lost a customer, and he’s always at the end of the phone if needed. Just ignore that he’s probably on a treadmill when he answers.

You’ll find few professionals as driven and committed as Roger. He’s passionate and expert when it comes to logistics and is always looking for ways to grow the business by adding value and enhancing our service to clients. Outside of work, his passion is restoring a VW Camper van so expect Roger to soon be taking on adventures far beyond distribution.

Dave is first point of contact for our clients. He ensures our operations have everything they need to run efficiently and his successful industry track record makes him highly accomplished at translating complex requirements into tangible deliverables. This is also a valuable skill when Dave is working from home with his four year old.

Lucy worked in the Financial Sector before joining PLI in July 2017, where she’s on top of the administration and the numbers for the business. Compared to the rest of the team, she’s fairly new to logistics but Lucy is proud to now be studying for her Level 5 Operations Management qualification.
